Terms of Service
Effective date: July 8, 2026
By using MailstoYou, you agree to use the service in a lawful, respectful, and non-abusive manner. The platform is intended for disposable communication, short-term signups, verification, and privacy-conscious online activity.
You may not use MailstoYou to send spam, distribute harmful or illegal content, impersonate others, bypass security systems, or interfere with other platforms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse or suspicious behavior is detected.
Temporary email addresses are designed for short-term use and should not be relied upon for sensitive communications, account recovery, banking, legal notices, government interactions, medical services, or any matter where failure to receive an email could create serious consequences.
We do not guarantee permanent availability, indefinite retention, or compatibility with every external service. Temporary addresses may be removed, recycled, or blocked in response to operational limits, abuse prevention measures, or policy changes.
The service may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time. We provide it as a convenience utility rather than a guaranteed communications platform. To the extent permitted by law, MailstoYou is offered on an "as is" basis and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the service.
